Correct the NAICS code 541611 2. The hour and date specified for receipt of offer is NOT extended The purpose to acquire services to investigate formal EEO complaints. The work products must be following the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations per 29 CFR Part 1614, the EEOC Management Directive 110 (MD-110), and applicable DoDEA guidance. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides the guidelines and procedures to conduct an EEO investigation and produce a Report of Investigation, and the standards of coverage and presentation for acceptable delivery, and the legal and regulatory authorities for the Contractor to conduct the work on behalf of DoDEA.
