The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single award Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Fort Bragg, North Carolina Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Americas Mid-Atlantic District. Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods. The purpose of the contract is to provide student transportation services. Safety is of the highest priority entrusted to the contractor under this contract. The contractor shall perform all services in a safe, prudent and professional manner accepting full and sole responsibility for the prompt and proper delivery of services. Maintain good order of passengers at all times. Transportation services for students must be completed in the safest and most efficient manner possible. The contractor shall provide all personnel including drivers, safety attendants, supervision, services, supplies, and/or equipment necessary to perform student transportation services for DoDEA students within Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Contracted services must be in compliance with all of the DoDEA, State, and Federal requirements for student transportation.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single award Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Fort Bragg, North Carolina Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Americas Mid-Atlantic District. DoDEA anticipates posting the solicitation on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) in 30 to 60 calendar days. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.
