This synopsis is to make available a notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.201. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires survey software for internal surveys created by individuals, who are located at above-school-level offices worldwide. Depending on the internal demand and availability of funds, DoDEA expects to make award for approximately 20 subscriptions. The period of performance will be a one (1) base year and four (4) option years, each 12 months. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed under 100% Small Business Set-Aside and may result in a single or multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award(s) with a five (5) year base ordering period. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 611710 Educational Support Services, and the business size standard for this industry is $16.5M. The RFP, HE1254-20-R-0009, and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal(s) will be available on beta.SAM.gov (SAM) on or about April 27, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about May 18, 2020.
