THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This synopsis is to make available a notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.201 in accordance with the Government’s Performance Work Statement (PWS). DoDEA requires a comprehensive curriculum that includes content areas (English language arts, mathematics, social studies, etc.) and functional life skills to support K-12 Curriculum and Transition Education for Moderate-Severe Students. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is anticipated to result in a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award with a five (5) year base period and one (1) one-year option period. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). The RFQ, HE1254-20-Q-0024, and all attachments necessary to prepare the quote(s) will be available on beta.SAM on or about April 7, 2020, with a tentative closing date on or about May 8, 2020. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes and be active before potential contract award. It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
