This synopsis is to make available a notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.201. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires student textbooks, teacher editions (if available), related digital resources, and virtual professional learning for 6-12 Spanish, German, French, Italian & Korean in accordance with the Government’s Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed under Full and Open Competition and is anticipated to result in a single or multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity awards(s) with a five (5) year base period and one (1) one-year option period. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). The RFQ, HE1254-20-Q-0013, and all attachments necessary to prepare the quotes(s) will be available on beta.SAM on or about February 18, 2020, with a tentative closing date on or about March 19, 2020. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes and be active before potential contract award. It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
