This Request for Proposal is issued for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Europe area for commercial custodial services, ground maintenance and pest control at the DoDEA schools located in Italy and Spain. Accordingly, and in conjunction with FAR Part 5.202 (12) this requirement is intended to be performed by potential offerors in the local communities since it is located outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The contract type will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of five years (one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods).
