This requirement is to purchase and install display rails for the schools in the Pacific West District as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single award Firm-Fixed Price contract. When the solicitation and all associated documents have been downloaded, it is important to read the solicitation in its entirety because there are dates, terms and conditions that must be met by the prospective offeror in order for the proposal to be considered responsive Description of Work: The contractor shall provide supervision, labor, and tools necessary to installation of all display rails purchased for this project. The contractor shall install display rails in the hallways for each of the district schools; Humphreys High School, Humphreys Middle School, Humphreys Central Elementary School, Humphreys West Elementary school, Osan Elementary School, Osan Middle High School, Daegu Elementary school and Daegu Middle High School. For Installation of Display Rails: The contractor shall follow the local labor laws of South Korea and responsible for obtaining working visa for employees who are not local nationals.
