THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). DoDEA requires translation of foreign transcripts for students applying for admission into DoDEA school system with non-English transcripts in accordance with the Government’s Performance Work Statement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed as 100% Small Business set-aside. DoDEA expects to award a single award Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a 12-month base and four subsequent 12-month ordering periods. The RFQ, HE125420Q0020, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote will be available on beta.SAM.gov on or about April 13, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about May 13, 2020. It is the responsibility of potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation. No additional information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
