This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation, Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5), the NAICS code for this acquisition can be found in the PIEE module and the table of size standards used to determine small business eligibility can be found at https://www.sba.gov/document/support-table-size-standards.North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 335220 for Major Household Appliance Manufacturing applies to this procurement, and the business size standard is 1500 size standards in number of employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this action is 7320 kitchen equipment and appliances. This commercial buy uses FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for The Government is interested in securing these commercially available services in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.Failure to respond to all the evaluation factors or respond in sufficient detail for the Government to conduct a meaningful evaluation may result in your quote being eliminated from competition prior to evaluation. Upon RFQ close, the Government will conduct a complete review of the proposal package. If it is determined that the Government cannot conduct a meaningful evaluation due to lack of response to an evaluation factors, your quote may be eliminated from competition.
