This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, and in no way obligates the United States Government to issue a solicitation or otherwise make a contract award. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking eligible performers who are qualified to conduct and accomplish the requirements specified in this RFI. The Contractor’s responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, conducting research; creating draft versions of documents for review; accomplishing adjudicative actions; incorporating recommended changes; verifying accuracy and completeness; assisting with the coordination processes; conducting forums and events; providing the Program Manager attendance rosters and data matrix for the Professional Partnership Program (P3).
