(5 July 2023) Amendment 0004 is to update the Contracting Officer and extend the proposal deadline to no later than 1:00 pm (EDT) on 19 July 2023. Please see amended solicitation. (27 June 2023) Amendment 0003 is to provide the TRLS II Final RFP Questions and Answers and amended solicitation with revised attachments. The proposal deadline is extended to no later than 1:00 pm (EDT) on 12 July 2023. (20 June 2023) Amendment 0002 is to extend the proposal deadline to no later than 1:00 pm (EDT) on 7 July 2023.
