The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has the requirement to procure “Brand Name” Handheld Radiation Monitors (HRMs), per the attached RFQ HDTRA123Q0006 (SF1449), Attachment 1 – Specifications Requirement, and Attachment 2 – Limited Sources Brand Name (redacted). This is a Request for Quote (RFQ HDTRA1-23-Q-0006), open to all qualified offerors (to include resellers) who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (no award can be made to an offerer who is not officially registered in SAM.gov, for any DoD contracts). The NAICS Code is 334519, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 6665. (Note: no wireless capabilities (to include Bluetooth, etc.) shall be included within the quotes for this product.) This RFQ is will be evaluated as “Lowest Price Technically Acceptable”, per FAR 15.101-2.
