Amendment 0002 to the RFP provides questions received in response to the RFP and the corresponding Government answers. Amendment 0002 to the RFP provides questions received in response to the RFP and the corresponding Government answers. In addition, it extends the proposal due date to no later than (NLT) 12:00 PM EDT, Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Section L.1.3.7 of the RFP has been updated to show the new proposal due date and time. Section L.1.3.7 updating the proposal due date is the only section of the RFP that is being updated at this time. The Government is working on finalizing changes to the RFP based on the questions and answers and will provide the updated RFP in a subsequent amendment which is anticipated to be released in the next week or two. The Government requests that vendors withhold submitting any questions regarding Amendment 0002 until the next Amendment is issued incorporating changes. Vendors will be afforded the opportunity to ask additional questions after the next RFP Amendment comes out. The period in which to submit questions on the upcoming amendment will be short in duration. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Amendment 0003 incorporates changes to the RFP based on the QandAs provided in the previous amendment. Questions on this shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM EDT, Friday, August 12, 2022, as stated in Section L.1.1.1 of the amended RFP. The proposal submission due date remains unchanged. L-1 Present and Past Performance Information Form and L-2 Present and Past Information Questionnaire are being provided in a fillable pdf format, however, as noted in the QandAs, these fillable pdfs do not have to be used. No additional questions will be accepted and/or addressed. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Amendment 0006 provides clarification to a previous question and answer regarding the DD-254 and Top Secret Safeguarding requirement. The Government will accept a U.S. Intelligence Community accredited SCIF that can store materials up to the TS/SCI level. A user-agreement between the offeror and DTRA will have to be approved and put in place prior to contract award. No changes to the RFP, itself, are being made.
