For this effort, the contractor will provide support to DTRA RD-CBW in the planning, development, implementation, and management of warfighter demonstrations in support of the Chemical Biological Warfare (CBW) mission to ensure the Warfighter has a voice in the Science and Technology (S&T) development process within the Chemical Biological (CB) department. These CBW demonstrations include Concept Demonstrations, Early User Assessments otherwise known as Chemical Biological Operational Analyses (CBOA) Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs) and other associated exercises such as Validation Exercises (VALEX) and Combatant Command Exercises. This support will be conducted through developing overarching and focused CBW portfolio processes and methodologies; planning, management, facilitation, conducting, and reporting on current and future CBW demonstrations; and supporting, managing, and participating in CBW led activities involving these exercises, demonstrations and other related capability investigations. Activities will include maintaining existing mission critical working relationships with Service partners, providing knowledge of military operational decisionmaking processes, utilizing experience with previous warfighter technology transitions, and understanding operational sensor, information, and algorithm technology requirements in support of all other relevant CBW supported activities.
