The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, through its Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP) department, is seeking eligible performers to renovate the interior of the existing Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) laboratory building. In addition to renovations, BTRP is seeking eligible performers to procure and equip necessary diagnostic equipment for the main KWS laboratory and thirteen KWS-owned vehicles with secure transport and diagnostics equipment.
