This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this announcement invites your submission of a quote. This acquisition will be set aside 100% to small businesses, and quotes from only qualified offerors will be considered in response to this solicitation. The DTRA Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of four (4) CONEX containers with an option to purchase 3 additional containers, as detailed in HDTRA121R0041.
