The suspension is due to COVID-19 pandemic constraints on the ability of a contractor to complete SOW tasks, which largely will require in-person work overseas and cannot be performed if the pandemic situation continues as it is currently. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is seeking to identify capable U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) qualified/certified small businesses, institutions of higher education, or nonprofit organizations only, who can demonstrate in their response the capability to conduct and accomplish the requirements specified in this RFI. Please read contents of this DTRA Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Operational Evaluation RFI carefully to help you better understand the requirements for this acquisition.
