Armenia Border Security Project Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN) Sustainment Increment III for Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Description: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking to identify companies capable of supporting the DTRA’s Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program. The project objective is to provide additional support to the Armenian Border Guard (ABG) and its Communications Department to self-sufficiently operate and sustain the WWAN capabilities provided by DTRA. The ABG's Communications Department continues to encounter operational issues with WWAN component equipment and software, as well as efforts to troubleshoot and completely address these issues independently have not been successful. The ABG also requires additional expertise to maintain the full 1+1 hot standby system. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties should respond in writing with a statement of capabilities package. It is requested that interested businesses having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed all aspects of the effort described in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW), submit to the Contract Specialist a statement of capabilities package (no more than five (5) pages in length, single-spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to perform the requirements. A one page cover letter must be provided with each submission with the following information: Company Name and Address, Company Business Size and Business Size Status, Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. All responses must be submitted no later than the specified time on this announcment. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be submitted in writing to Mr. Andrew Whittaker, Contract Specialist, at stephen.a.whittaker2.civ@mail.mil DTRA will evaluate all compliant submissions using the following criteria: breadth, depth, and relevancy of experience as it relates to the work described above and in the DRAFT SOW. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response.
