The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contracting activity proposes to procure, without requesting proposals, a scope increase to DTRA’s Strategic/Nuclear Inspection Department (OB-SR) New Start Training (NST) contract for the acquisition of additional support services provided by one (1) Full-Time employee, encompassing specialized knowledge of strategic nuclear arms control treaties and agreements and subject matter expertise. This procurement will be enacted by increasing the scope of HDTRA1-20-F-0070 which is currently being performed by General Dynamics Technology Inc. (GDIT).
