This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures, under Acquisition of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A quote is being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. Please see attached Request for Quote (RFQ), and other referenced documents. This notice is simultaneously posted on the Solicitation Portal at: https://wawf.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml. DTRA requires that submission of your quote be transmitted through the DoD Solicitation Portal. In order to submit a quote through the DoD Solicitation Portal, you must be registered as a Proposal Manager in the DoD PIEE Suite located at https://wawf.eb.mil/. Instructions for registering are as follows: 1. Navigate to https://wawf.eb.mil/ 2. Select Register [top right] 3. Select Vendor 4. Create a User ID and Password and follow the prompts [next] 5. Create Security Questions [next] 6. Complete your User Profile Information [next] 7. Complete your Supervisor or Approving Official Information [next] (Please go to https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/lookup/gamLookup.xhtml to locate your company's Contractor Administrator (CAM) for assistance with registering.) 8. Complete Roles - Step 1. Select SOL-Solicitation, Step 2. Select Proposal Manager, Step 3. Click Add Roles, Step 4. Fill in your Location Code (CAGE Code) [next] 9. Provide a justification for your registration [next] 10. Follow the remaining prompts to submit your registration Once you are approved for the Proposal Manager Role, you should see a module labeled "Solicitation" in your PIEE Suite at https://wawf/eb/mil/. From the Solicitation Module, you can search for RFQ number HDTRA119P0036 and follow the prompts to submit your quote.
