HDTRA1-24-C-0027 Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract was awarded on a sole-source basis and is a 12-month continuation of ongoing subject matter expertise to provide fully integrated advisory and assistance support services to the Strategic Integration Directorate (SI) as ordered by the Director, DTRA. The implementation of this contract action is essential to continuing critical Advisory and Assistance Support tasks provided in support of all Strategic Integration (SI) Directorate Program areas while source selection continues to openly compete this requirement. The proposed "bridge" contract is critical to keep operations running in the fluid SI environment. See the attached Justification and Approval.
