The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) seeks to integrate Office of Secretary Defense (OSD)’s SWIFT with DTRA-developed modeling and simulation (M&S) wargaming tools in support of the U.S. Joint Staff and Combatant Commands. The Draft SOO provides details for the overall objective of this project is to support and expertise to modify and further develop OSD’s SWIFT to integrate and be interoperable with Nuclear Technologies-Assessments Division (NTA)’s MINES tool. An acceptable response to this sources sought does *not* require the contractor to submit anything other than a cover letter and a capabilities statement (details below) for their company (NO PRICING). Required Information: a) Submit company information: Name, Address, Cage Code, and DUNS. b) Provide the most appropriate for this type of acquisition and state why it is most appropriate to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 541715 – Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology). c) Submit company size standard under this NAICS code: 541715. d) Capabilities Statement – 10 Page Limit – Discuss the capabilities of the respondent to meet the requirement, provide the required information detailed above, and include any additional information the respondent deems appropriate. Sources having the capability and/or concept to meet these requirements are invited to respond to this notice. Responses should be limited to a ten (10)-page white paper in 12-point Times New Roman font for any given capabilities and/or concept, not including cover page, cover letter and table of contents. Any proprietary information should be clearly identified as such. Submitted data and information will not be returned. Any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice is strictly voluntary. This notice is for information planning purposes and the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted.
