This Request for Information (RFI) is related to/a modification of a RFI previously published by DTRA on July 30, 2020 for ATD Support (20-792). Please see the attached RFI for the full requirement description and instructions on how to respond to this RFI. All changes made to the previously published RFI for ATD Support are highlighted in yellow within the attached RFI. Capability Description DTRA seeks responsible certified Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) potential sources who can demonstrate the capability to provide a full range of integration and operational utility services and support to the DTRA/RD/CBW demonstration program and DTRA/CTR/BTRP country and regional threat reduction projects. This effort requires the contractor to support DTRA/RD/CBW in the planning, development, implementation and management of demonstrations through developing overarching and focused CBW portfolio processes and methodology; planning, management, facilitation, conducting and reporting on current and future CBW demonstrations; and supporting, managing and participating CBW led activities in other non-ATD existing combatant command (CCMD) level exercises and demonstrations. Additionally, this effort also requires the contractor to support DTRA/CTR/BTRP in the planning, development, implementation and sustainment of BTRP’s activities by supporting TRN maintenance, TRN integration, in-country capacity building and sustainment activities, committee meetings, training events, conferences, tabletop exercises, reporting, and other BTRP partner-led objectives.
