This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Description: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking to identify companies capable of supporting the DTRA’s Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program. This project is to provide training, capability assessment and development, and exercise support services related to the execution of the CTR Program mission. These support services may include training materials development; management and program support; planning and execution of events; preparation of event materials; equipment procurement and maintenance; logistical and travel support; and other related activities. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties should respond in writing with a statement of capabilities package. It is requested that interested businesses having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed all aspects of the effort described in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW), submit to the contract specialist a statement of capabilities package (no more than five (5) pages in length, single-spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to perform the requirements. In addition to the DRAFT SOW, a document containing previously completed events is being provided as sample events for reference. A one page cover letter must be provided with each submission with the following information: Company Name and Address, Company Business Size and Business Size Status, Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. All responses must be submitted no later than the published response date/time. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be submitted in writing to Mr. Andrew Whittaker, Contract Specialist, at stephen.a.whittaker2.civ@mail.mil DTRA will evaluate all compliant submissions using the following criteria: breadth, depth, and relevancy of experience as it relates to the work described above and in the DRAFT SOW. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response.
