An Exception to Fair Opportunity (ETFO) was approved to award a sole source modification to a task order to Parsons Government Services International on the Cooperative Threat Reduction Integrating Contractor (CTRIC) III Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. This effort is to procure equipment to install and integrate up to five additional Mobile Suveillance Systems (MSS) for Georgia's Administrative Boundary Lines and to construct an MSS Integration and Maintenance Facility (IMF) for the maintenance and sustainment of equipment and capabilities.
