The contractor shall provide Counter-WMD and Force Protection planning capabilities through software design, development, integration, testing, validation, verification, and delivery of periodic updates, and operational support of Integrated Munitions Effects Assessment (IMEA) and Vulnerability Assessment and Protection Option (VAPO). In addition, the contractor shall provide subject-matter expert (SME) support at user facilities, technical meetings, training events, and international engagements. The work will require some contractor personnel have access to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS /SCI), Special Access Programs (SAP), and Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) in order to successfully execute the requirements.
