This solicitation will be used for IT services required by the CNIC NAF Child and Youth Programs (CYP). These services include performing the identified IT services on the specified set of CYP computers, kiosks, licenses, and peripherals as outlined in the RFP. Additionally, these services include equipment recommendations and identification, procurement, imaging and configuration, deployment, information security, remote management, help desk, tech refresh support, and program management services to be provided for the inventory of IT assets provided to CYP user communities at approximately 275 facilities worldwide.
