Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency, Fort Myer Commissary, located at Fort Myer, Virginia, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022) and four one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns as determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990, and the business size standard is $12.0 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from beta.sam.gov on or about August 27, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about September 28, 2020. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for September 17, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. (local time); however, the actual date will be annotated on section A of the solicitation, Information to Offerors, when the solicitation and its attachments are posted.
