REVISED SYNOPSIS TO REFLECT REVISED SET-ASIDE FROM HUBZONE TO SDVO: Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Fort Belvoir Commissary, located near Lorton, Virginia, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2021) and two one-year option periods. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Small Business Concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990, and the business size standard is $12 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from FedBizOpps (FBO) on or about May 11, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about June 11, 2020. Due to COVID-19, there will not be a site visit at the Fort Belvoir Commissary. Offerors without the capability to download Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Adobe PDF files, can request a paper copy of the solicitation and CD.
