In accordance with the Government’s Performance Work Statement (PWS), furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area, and custodial operations at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (AFB) Commissary located near Tucson, Arizona. The solicitation includes a base period (March 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023) and four one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns as determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990, and the business size standard is $12.0 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from sam.gov on or about June 10, 2021. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit is tentatively scheduled for June 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (local store time); however, the actual date will be annotated on section A of the solicitation, Information to Offerors, when the solicitation and its attachments are posted. COVID-19 AND INSTALLATION ACCESS -SUBJECT TO CHANGE Note: Base access is currently limited to authorized, mission essential personnel. If base restrictions are not lifted by the tentative site visit date the site-visit/pre-proposal conference will not be conducted. Access inside the Commissary will be denied if an individual has a fever; cough (not due to allergies); sore throat; shortness of breath; loss of smell or taste; travelled internationally in the last 14 days; travelled domestically via commercial/public transport (bus, train, plane) in the last 14 days; had personal contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or has a temperature equal to or higher than 100 degrees based on a temperature check. Facial masks are required within the commissary.
