The solicitation includes a base period (March 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023) and four one-year option periods. If base restrictions are not lifted by the tentative site visit date the site-visit/pre-proposal conference will not be conducted. Access inside the Commissary will be denied if an individual has a fever; cough (not due to allergies); sore throat; shortness of breath; loss of smell or taste; travelled internationally in the last 14 days; travelled domestically via commercial/public transport (bus, train, plane) in the last 14 days; had personal contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or has a temperature equal to or higher than 100 degrees based on a temperature check. Facial masks are required within the commissary.
