Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Redstone Arsenal Commissary, located at Huntsville, Alabama, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021) and four one-year option periods. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement has been place on the Procurement List (PL) under the provisions of the Javits Wagner-O-Day (JWOD) Act (41 U.S.C. 46-48c). Therefore, it will be solicited under the Commercial Cost Comparison (C3) Solicitation procedures. Offers submitted in response to this solicitation will be reviewed in conjunction with the price submitted under the provisions of the JWOD Program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990, and the business size standard is $12 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from beta.SAM.gov on or about February 27, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about April 30, 2020. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for March 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (local time); however, the actual date will be annotated on the Standard Form 33 continuation page, Information to Offerors, when the solicitation and its attachments are posted. Offerors without the capability to download Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Adobe PDF files, can request a paper copy of the solicitation. Requests should include the following information: the requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, DUNS number, and solicitation number. Requests must be in writing and addressed to the Defense Commissary Agency, Store Services Support Division (ATTN: CCQT, Doloris D. Patterson), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801-1800.
