The Defense Commissary Agency is seeking interested vendors to provide services necessary to perform the removal/pickup/disposal of supermarket animal and fish by-products, fats and bones, chicken, pork, beef, lunch meat, fish and sausages from the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissary location(s) identified in the solicitation. The contractor will also be required to remove/pickup/dispose of used rotisserie chicken oil at certain locations. Interested vendors must agree to the following statement of work (this is a draft form and may change prior to solicitation publication): See attached store listing for thirty-six (36) stores. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022 and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through August 31, 2026. This Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on/or about August 1, 2021 with a tentative closing date of July 23, 2021. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the specified NAICS code 311613. SAM information and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) must be completed at https://www.acquisition.gov/under the Acquisition Systems tab. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at www.sam.gov/ under HDEC05, DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY, HDEC05-21-Q-0008.
