This is a request for information (RFI) for the performance of perpetual SKU-based inventory services at all Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) locations, CONUS (within the contiguous United States) and OCONUS (outside the Contiguous Unites States). This RFI is specifically for the potential on-boarding of possible contractors for services beginning March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024, with one possible option year from March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025. Attached is the current Performance Work Statement. Questions specifically about the material in these two documents may be submitted until 4:00 pm EST, Thursday October 20, 2022. Submitted questions that are not specifically about the attached information may not be considered. Any company that is interested in providing a proposal for services is encouraged to email the agency and express their interest.
