This is a request for information (RFI) for the performance of perpetual SKU-based inventory services at all Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) locations, CONUS (within the contiguous United States) and OCONUS (outside the Contiguous Unites States). Attached is a draft Performance Work Statement as well as a draft Technical Requirements document. Questions specifically about the material in these two documents may be submitted until 3:00 EST, Monday, November 18, 2019. Submitted questions that are not specifically about the attached information may not be considered.
