This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is HDEC05-20-Q-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06 and DFARS Change Notice 20191031. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. For information purposes, the Product Service Code is W084, the North American Industry Classification systems (NAICS) code is 812332, which has a small business size standard of $38.5M. The method for determining business size status is based on the company’s average annual gross revenues for the last three fiscal years. Organizations whose average annual gross revenues exceed the size standard of this solicitation are considered large businesses. (13 CFR 121.104 ) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS): CLIN 0001 Leased or Rented Equipment/Clothing Contractor shall provide Linen/Mat Rental and Cleaning services in accordance with the Statement of Work. This solicitation contains multiple locations; an offeror may submit an offer on any one or more locations. Therefore multiple awards may result from this solicitation. . Performance Starts Approximately December 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019 Description of Requirements: Contractor shall provide Linen/Mat Rental and Cleaning services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Store locations and addresses for this solicitation are provided in Attachment 1. Contractor does not need to submit pricing for all locations, as such it is anticipated the solicitation will result in multiple awards.
