The Defense Commissary Agency is seeking interested vendors to provide services necessary to perform the remova/pickup/disposal of supermarket animal and fish by-products, fats and bones, chicken, pork, beef, lunch meat, fish and sausages from the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissary location(s) identified in the solicitation. The contractor will also be required to remove/pickup/dispose of used rotissaerie chicken oil at certain locations. Interested vendors must agree to the following statement of work (this is a draft form and may change prior to solicitation publication): Vendors are to answer the following questions: 1. Please annotate which locations your firm is interested in providing service to, on the attached Excel document "Commissarry Fats and Bones store location list": Include the name of your company, point of contact - including name(s), phone number and email when submitting your response. 2. Will the contractor have the capacity to supply a double wall container with secondary spill capabilities to include heat tube? Container will be used to dispose used rotisserie chicken oil (not filtered) 3. Will the contractor provide revenue for the used oil (unfiltered rotisserie oil)? if so, pay a percentage based on the Jacobsen Report (published commodity rates) Please submit responses to Julie Proctor, Julie.Proctor@deca.mil by April 12, 2019.
