The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is a component of the Department of Defense reporting to the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. DeCA operates a worldwide commissary system that provides quality grocery products at substantial savings to active duty military personnel and retirees, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and their families. DeCA's mission is to deliver a vital benefit of the military pay system that sells grocery items at significant savings while enhancing quality of life and readiness. For this requirement, DeCA seeks to partner with a "world-class" Integrated Pest Management provider that can provide assured capability and enterprise level data. The agency seeks a firm that's primary service is providing pest management services and has the internal capability of performing those services across DeCA's U.S. stores with a very limited need to subcontract to ensure a standard level of service across all contracted stores. DeCA has 181 facilities across the United States and its territory of Puerto Rico. The majority of commissaries are covered with pest management services under installation support, however 49 stores, and one (1) administrative location require contract support at this time. The awarded contract will have the scope ability to add any of the commissaries that are currently covered by installation support, in case that support goes away or doesn't meet the needs of DeCA. As such, the Integrated Pest Management provider must have the capability to service 155 of the 178 stores and three (3) administrative locations (181 facilities total) without subcontract support.
