MHE consists of: Battery Chargers, Electric Pallet Jacks, Electric/Gas/Propane Forklifts, Reach and Tiers, and Order Picker/Stock Selectors. The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with two one year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contracts will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM, Labor Hours and Other Direct Cost for Parts. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about September 21, 2021 with a tentative closing date of October 30, 2021. The anticipated award and effective date is February 1, 2022. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million. Vendors shall be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/, to include listing NAICS 811310 in order to be eligible for awards.
