The solicitation is for the performance of preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services on Government owned Miscellaneous Food Processing Equipment (MFP) as required for the Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located at Fort Jackson, Shaw AFB, Parris Island, Charleston NWS & Charleston AFB. The MFP consists of the following: Meat Conveyor (portable, inclined), Meat Saws, Mixer/Grinder systems (single & tandem), Electric & Gas Rotary Roll-In Oven (single & double racks), Mini Rotary Oven with Proofer, Roll-In Proofer, Meat Molder/Bulker, Meat Tenderizer (table top), Meat Cleaver (horizontal slicer), Meat Slicer (automatic) and Rotisserie.
