This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside for flat shelf utility cart, mobile for use by Defense Commissary Agency stores (worldwide) including Europe. However, for overseas stores, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, the contractor will be responsible for preparation of overseas shipment to the port. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with four one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contracts will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line item and shipping line item. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will close on March 15, 2021. The anticipated award and effective date is May 1, 2021. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326199 and the business size standard is 750 employees. Vendors shall be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/, to include listing NAICS 326199 in order to be eligible for awards. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
