This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation is for Warehouse Step Ladders (3, 10, or 15 Step) to be delivered to Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located in the United States and overseas including Far East, Europe and Puerto Rico. However, for overseas locations, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the ports located in Norfolk, VA and Stockton, California. Only one Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated. The Request for Proposal will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The Product Service Code is 5440. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 and the business size standard is 750. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation to include the NAICS Code 332999 listed in their SAM's registration prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
