This solicitation is to procure name badges and accessories for Defense Commissary Agency stores CONUS and OCONUS. The name badges and accessories consists of the following: 3" wide by 1.5" high; metal backed for strength and durability and repeated use; white in color with Full Color DeCA logo (artwork will be provided to the contractor); available with pin, strong magnet, and clip fasteners; easy to print and replace individual names (due to frequent name/status changes); printing software (if needed) available for each location. The period of performance will be one (1) twelve-month base and 4 (four) twelve-month option periods. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), with assigned contract line items for badges and accessories. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about May 28, 2019 with a tentative closing date of June 17, 2019. Anticipated effective date of the award will be June 27, 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999 and business size standard in number of employees is 750. Vendors shall be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/, to include listing NAICS 332999 in order to be eligible for award.
