Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Government Owned Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) as required for the following commissary: Ft Myer, Bolling, Newport, Pittsburgh, Tobyhanna, Carlisle Barracks, Ft Drum, Saratoga Springs, Ft Hamilton, Forest Glen and Aberdeen Proving Ground. MHE consists of: Battery Chargers, Electric Pallet Jacks, Electric/Gas/Propane Forklifts, Reach and Tiers, and Order Picker/Stock Selectors. The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with two one year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price FFP) contract line items for PM and parts and Labor Hour CLINs for unknown repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about July 1, 2019 with a tentative closing date of July 31, 2019. The anticipated award and effective date is September 1, 2019. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million. Vendors shall be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/, to include listing NAICS 811310 in order to be eligible for awards. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
