MHE Maintenance and Repair This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The solicitation is for MHE maintenance and repair to be performed at the Patuxent River MD, Dahlgren VA and Quantico VA Commissaries. A time and materials contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The FSC is J039, the size standard is $7 million, and the NAICS Code is 811310 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any purchase order resulting from this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 811310 in the database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
