This is not a Request for Proposal. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking to purchase adapter ring kits that allows a Hollymatic brand, model 120 Precision Bulker to be used in conjunction with a Hobart brand, model MG2032 mixer/grinder. The kit shall be able to accommodate the 15 degree incline cylinder on the Hobart MG2032 grinding end in order to position the bulker in a parallel position to the floor. Questions and additional input regarding the salient characteristics are welcomed. The Meat Bulker adaptor kits will be supplied to various commissaries located throughout the CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Far East. Orders will be carried out through Firm-Fixed Priced Delivery Orders and funding will be provided per line item. Payment will be made using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333241 (Food Product Machinery Manufacturing); Business Size Standard is 500. Firms may indicate their interest in this requirement by submitting a statement verifying that their company is capable of providing the Meat Bulker adaptor kits with immediate availability to the locations specified above. Responses must be received within five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice. Responses are welcomed from businesses of all sizes.
