Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 100% small business set-aside for providing specific carts and racks to Defense Commissary Agency stores across the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas locations. The contractor is responsible for delivery to U.S. ports for most overseas locations. The required items must meet detailed specifications for over ten different types of commissary equipment, as outlined in the Commissary Equipment Descriptions (CEDs). A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated, and the solicitation will be available on the SAM.gov website. Prospective offerors must be registered in the SAM database with the correct NAICS code prior to any award.
