To assist in retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot and from cart corrals as required for the Anchorage, Ft Bragg North, Ft Campbell, Ft Carson, Ft Sam Houston, Ft Sill, Ft Wainwright, Lackland, Lemoore, North Island and Tinker Commissaries stores. This equipment is intended for use by DeCA personnel only. All other use by personnel other than DeCA employees is unauthorized. Equipment contractor must have the means or support organizations in place to perform repairs on equipment. This support is to include supervision, tools, manuals/prints, skilled labor, transportation, and parts. This will be a one-time buy. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM and Time and Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about August 9, 2021 with a closing date of August 27, 2021. The anticipated award date is September 3, 2021. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $8 million. Vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, to include having a NAICS listing of 811310. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
