The requirement is for 13 Commissary Equipment Description (CED) 1M10, Conveyors, meat, portable, inclined. The conveyors will be delivered to various commissaries throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Far East. The conveyors are a brand name or equivalent requirement. This will be a one-time buy. The solicitation and resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with delivery orders for each of the individual commissaries. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be re-issued on or about July 27, 2021 with a closing date of August 6, 2021. The anticipated award date is August 17, 2021. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333241 and the business size standard is $8 million. Vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
