This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation is for the performance of preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services on Government owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required for the Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located at Luke AFB, Davis Monthan, and Fort Huachuca in Arizona. The MHE consists of the following: Electric Walkie Pallet Jacks, Electric Forklifts, Walkie Rider Pallet Jack, Gasoline Forklifts, and Battery Chargers. A Time and Materials contract is contemplated. A Firm Fixed Price contract with Labor Hour (LH) contract line items (CLINs) is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on Beta SAM at https://www.beta.sam.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The product service code (PSC) is J039. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $8 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency.
