MFP consists of meat saws, mixer/grinder systems (single and tandem), rotary roll-in oven (electric and gas single rack), mini-rotary oven with proofer, meat conveyor, meat chopper table, meat molder/bulker, meat tenderizer table, meat cleaver, meat slicer and roll-in proofers (one and two door). The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with two one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM and Time and Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about July 30, 2019 with a tentative closing date of August 16, 2019. The anticipated award date is September 2019. This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million.
